We all want to save the world, but we must heal ourselves first and become Masters of our own knowledge. By sharing the content with others that I am allowing you to view may have serious consequences on a spiritual level most people are not able to handle or even fathom. - By becoming a member you agree to a release of liability and waiver of the right to sue if any loss results from participation in the activity, activities and advancement in knowledge;
- An express assumption of risk where the participant acknowledges understanding the nature of the activity and the risks involved, and chooses voluntarily to accept those risks as their own;
- A hold harmless agreement where the participant agrees not to hold "Adonna of Sol" also known as Mary Beaver responsible for any loss that may result from participation in the activity, activities and advancement in knowledge;
- An indemnification where the participant agrees if the information provided for the personal use of one's membership is abused you agree to pay Adonna of Sol or also known as Mary Beaver for any losses it may suffer as a result of the participant’s participation in the activity, activities and advancement in knowledge.
- You also agree to waive all medical consent in which the participant agrees to be responsible for his/her own medical expenses that may result of a possible brain aneurism, stroke, heart attack or suicide and any other form of health conditions that could occur as a result of expanding ones knowledge in the higher education of the consciousness.
Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
Made-to-Order Products
All books and products sold through our store are made to order. Because each item is individually produced, processing and production times may vary.
Please allow up to “30 calendar days” from the date of purchase for production and shipment. Production delays do not constitute non-delivery during this period.
Customers agree to these production timelines at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, all Delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been accepted for shipment.
Non-Delivery Claims
Customers should allow the full production and shipping period before reporting a package as lost or undelivered.
Claims for non-delivery may be reviewed after:
1. The order has exceeded the stated production period of up to 30 days; and
2. Carrier tracking indicates a delivery issue or loss.
We reserve the right to verify shipping records and carrier tracking information before approving any refund or replacement.
Returns
Because our products are made to order, returns are accepted only with prior authorization.
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be returned in its original packaging.
* The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received.
* Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.
Items returned damaged, altered, used, opened, or not in their original condition may be refused or may receive only a partial refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or denial of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within “10–15 business days” after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Shipping charges, handling fees, and production costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
